Kungsleden sells in Eskilstuna

The property company Kungsleden AB (publ) sells the property Torlunda 1:276 in Eskilstuna. The sales price amounts to 153 MSEK generating no profit.

The yield based on the sales price is calculated at 6,6 percent.

The property has a lettable area of 13 000 sq.m, mainly residential, with a rental value of 13 MSEK.
