Midroc divests retail property in Bulltofta

Midroc Property Development divests the Draken 4 property in the Bulltofta retail area, Malmö, to Lomma Tegelfabrik, a company owned by the Bergengren family.

On the property there are two newly erected retail buildings comprising in total approximately 3,780 sq.m. The larger building houses the tenants Coop, Swedbank and Swedbank Fastighetsbyrå. The smaller building will house Burger King, which opens in February 2010. All rental agreements have a lease term between 10 and 12 years.

The purchase sum was SEK 89 million, which corresponds with a yield of approximately 7.4 percent. The seller's advisor was Catella Corporate Finance Malmö.
