For real estate investors Catella REIM provides market access, advisory services, capital raising services and experience in all asset classes.

For real estate owners Catella REIM offers direct access to global sources of capital either through managed syndicates, funds or separate account vehicles.

Strategic Asset Management services are also offered and these are based on a best in class model.

In 2009/2010 Catella REIM will launch two new Core office investment vehicles, one in London and one in Australia and New Zealand. The club/type deal approach is designed to meet the needs of investors and will be based on strong corporate governance, performance linked remuneration and complete alignment of interests.
